When uploading a picture, ensure that: The minimum resolution is 600x800 px, the picture should have a neutral expression, with both eyes open and mouth closed. The head and shoulders should be centered in the photo, good lighting with no harsh shadows or reflections, color photo with accurate representation No red-eye effect or defects for facial recognition accuracy. ICAO guidelines have relaxation for kids under 5, but they must still look towards the camera.
